About this product
Domaine de Beaurenard Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2022 is the estate’s flagship Southern Rhône red, blending Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and permitted local varieties into a supple, refined and deeply expressive wine. From organic and biodynamic vineyards across Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s diverse soils, it offers powerful flavour with remarkable freshness and poise.
Dark forest berries, ripe raspberry, damson and black cherry lead the aromatics, layered with liquorice, warm spice, garrigue herbs and a delicate floral lift. Domaine de Beaurenard Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2022 is concentrated and juicy, with savoury complexity, finely powdered tannins and a promising bitter-cherry edge on its long, elegant finish.
Pair this Châteauneuf-du-Pape with rosemary-roasted lamb, slow-braised beef, duck confit, venison or a mushroom and truffle pappardelle. Its supple tannins and savoury, spice-laden fruit shine alongside rich, slow-cooked dishes, while the wine’s freshness stops the palate becoming heavy. Decant for an hour now, or cellar confidently for a decade or more.
