About this product
Gérard Bertrand ‘Gris Blanc’ Grenache 2023 is an electric, near-translucent rosé from Gérard Bertrand’s sunlit Tautavel vineyards in Roussillon, between the Mediterranean and Pyrenees. Crafted from Grenache, it is the sort of refined French rosé made for long lunches, salty sea air and a properly chilled ice bucket.
Delicate strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant aromatics glide into white peach, grapefruit zest and soft florals. The Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc 2023 is dry, light and impeccably fresh, with a subtle spritz of liveliness, brisk acidity and a clean mineral finish that keeps every sip sharp, elegant and dangerously moreish.
Serve this Pays d’Oc Grenache rosé well chilled with freshly shucked oysters, grilled prawns, seafood pasta or a Niçoise salad. Its crisp, lightly saline edge also handles Mediterranean sharing plates, sushi, grilled fish and gently spiced Thai curries beautifully. A seriously versatile summer rosé that earns a permanent place in the fridge.
