Dark forest berries, ripe raspberry, damson and black cherry lead the aromatics, layered with liquorice, warm spice, garrigue herbs and a delicate floral lift. Domaine de Beaurenard Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2022 is concentrated and juicy, with savoury complexity, finely powdered tannins and a promising bitter-cherry edge on its long, elegant finish.
