About this product
Dalrymple Single Site Estate Coal River Valley Pinot Noir 2024 from Tasmania is a beautifully tailored cool‑climate Pinot, shaped by the sunshine, low rainfall and drying winds of the Coal River Valley. Winemaker Peter Caldwell delivers a seductive, medium‑weighted red with plush fruit, savoury detail and the fine structure to reward a few years in the cellar.
The nose is all spiced plum, ripe tamarillo and cranberry, with dark cherry, smoked meats, charcuterie, Asian five spice and blue florals adding real intrigue. On the palate, fresh plum and dark berry fruit glide across soft, supple tannins, while savoury spice and refined French oak bring depth. Dalrymple Coal River Valley Pinot Noir finishes long, subtle and exceptionally composed.
Serve this Dalrymple Single Site Estate Coal River Valley Pinot Noir with butterflied poussin, duck breast, pork belly, miso‑glazed salmon or roast pumpkin with Asian five spice.
