About this product
Crawford River Cabernets 2024 is a seriously polished Henty red from Crawford River, blending Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc into a fragrant, cool-climate wine with bright fruit, savoury depth and real finesse. Generous enough to enjoy now, yet structured enough to reward a few years in the cellar.
Sour cherry, blackberry and cassis lead the aromatics, lifted by dried rose, herbs, mulberry and a flicker of floral perfume. Dark chocolate, clove, cardamom, rhubarb and beetroot bring earthy complexity, while the Crawford River Cabernets 2024 stays fresh and composed through a long, spicy finish.
Serve Crawford River Cabernets 2024 with roast lamb, pepper-crusted beef, venison pie or mushroom ragù. Its dark fruit, cool herbal notes and chalky tannin also work brilliantly with aged cheddar, grilled eggplant and slow-cooked tomato dishes. A classy, medium-bodied Cabernet blend with plenty of regional character.
