Ministry of Clouds Tempranillo Grenache 2024 is a juicy, deeply savoury McLaren Vale red from Ministry of Clouds, where Tempranillo brings dark-edged structure and Grenache brings perfume, brightness and irresistible drinkability. It is medium-bodied, layered and made for the table rather than the trophy cabinet.
Pomegranate, sarsaparilla, violet and nutmeg lift from the glass, followed by blood orange, red cherry and red berries. Tempranillo brings cola, anise and black-plum depth, while Grenache contributes dried cherry, cranberry and rosehip. Ministry of Clouds Tempranillo Grenache 2024 finishes lithe and juicy, with a long, savoury line of iron-like tannin.
Serve this Ministry of Clouds 2024 Tempranillo Grenache with tapas, grilled lamb cutlets, slow-cooked pork or chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables. It is also a cracking match for wood-fired pizza, tomato-rich pasta, smoky chorizo and aged Manchego, with enough acidity and grip to cut through richer dishes.
