Bel Colle Barbaresco Convivio 2022 is superb with second courses of red meat and game – think bistecca, slow‑braised beef, venison or lamb – as well as pasta with rich mushroom ragù and aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano or mature pecorino.
