About this product
Château La Nerthe Les Cassagnes de La Nerthe Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc 2023, from Rémi Jean at Château La Nerthe in the Rhône Valley, is a beautifully poised white blend. Grapes – chiefly Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne – deliver aromas of ripe pear, white peach, honeysuckle and gentle citrus with a whisper of white flowers. On the palate it is medium-bodied, textured with fine lees, lively acidity and a fresh minerality that gives grip and structure. 92 points from Wine Enthusiast. Organic vineyards and about six months ageing on lees enhance its depth. Perfect with shellfish or creamy poultry dishes.
