Sauvignon blanc and semillon are picked and co‑fermented, starting cool in tank then finishing in French oak barriques (around 10% new), followed by about seven months on lees to build weight and savoury detail. It’s designed to drink beautifully now but will develop more complexity over the next five or so years.
