Paisley Cashmere Riesling 2024, crafted by Derek Fitzgerald from Eden Valley fruit, is a bright, dry Riesling with fragrant citrus blossom, juicy Meyer lemon and the crisp, mouth-watering acidity that makes this high-country style so irresistible.

Grapefruit leads the way, followed by lemon curd, white florals and river-stone minerality. The 2024 Paisley Cashmere Riesling is fruit-forward yet precise, balancing its sweetly juicy citrus character with fine acidity and a clean, gently textured finish.

Pour it with freshly shucked oysters, kingfish ceviche, pan-fried whiting, Thai green curry or a goat’s cheese tart. Its zesty lemon line cuts through seafood and spice beautifully, making it a standout bottle for warm afternoons, long lunches and effortless entertaining.
