Laurent-Perrier Brut Millesime 2018, crafted under Cellar Master Olivier Vigneron in France’s Champagne region, is an elegant Champagne where vibrant citrus meets luxurious pastry richness. More than seven years of cellar ageing lend depth and finesse, creating a vintage release with beautifully poised fruit and an enticingly persistent bead.
Pink grapefruit, vine peach and mirabelle plum lift the nose, leading into a precise, lively palate of candied clementine, delicate pastry and acacia honey. The 2018 Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé balances generosity with freshness, finishing with subtle mineral and saline notes that keep each sip bright, refined and thoroughly mouthwatering.
Serve with oysters and seaweed butter, lemon-roasted chicken or a golden cheese soufflé. Its citrus lift and fine bubbles complement these richer flavours without overwhelming their delicacy.
