About this product

Vincent Tremblay Chablis 2025 from the historic Tremblay family estate is a bright, classic expression of Chardonnay from northern Burgundy, delivering fresh orchard fruit, oyster-shell salinity and unmistakable mineral cut. The 2025 vintage brings clarity, balance and crisp tension, making this a brilliant bottle for Chablis lovers.

Pear, white peach and green apple lead into lemon zest, grapefruit, wet stone and a salty sea-spray note. Vincent Tremblay Chablis is dry and energetic, with lively acidity, a clean mineral core and a lightly rounded mid-palate that finishes long, crisp and mouth-watering.

Serve this northern Burgundy Chardonnay well chilled with oysters, sashimi, grilled whiting, crab linguine or goat’s cheese tart. Its bracing citrus and saline edge lift delicate seafood beautifully, while the gentle fruit weight makes it an excellent aperitif for sunny afternoons and polished dinner parties.
