A great example of cool-climate shiraz, it’s got all of the trademark features that are best known for a cool-climate wine. It’s got that red and black fruit spice with a little bit of pepper. Beautiful mouthfeel and a texture that finishes on the back of the pallet.
We can’t begin to describe how suppletive this wine is, it’s a great wine and great credit to the winemaker. Australia just does shiraz so well and this cool-climate Southern Highland shiraz is a great example.
