About this product
Xanadu Vinework Chardonnay 2024 is a vibrant Margaret River release from Xanadu, bringing white-fleshed stone fruit, zesty citrus and coastal mineral drive together in a finely detailed, great-value style. Whole-bunch pressing, wild yeast and French-oak maturation give this modern Chardonnay depth without compromising its sleek freshness.
White peach, nectarine, grapefruit pith and lemon-lime lead the aromatics, layered with floral notes, wet stone, sea spray and subtle nougat spice. The Xanadu 2024 Vinework Chardonnay is medium-bodied and focused, with crystalline acidity carrying generous fruit through a long, mouth-watering mineral finish.
Pair Xanadu Vinework Chardonnay 2024 with roast chicken, grilled barramundi, seafood risotto, miso-glazed salmon or creamy mushroom pasta. Its bright citrus line cuts through richer dishes, while the subtle oak, mineral tension and silky fruit complement savoury seafood and golden, roasted flavours. Serve cool, not ice-cold, and give it room to open.
