Xanadu Circa 77 Rosé 2025 is a vibrant Margaret River rosé from Xanadu, crafted entirely from Shiraz for a generous yet refreshingly dry pink. Pale salmon in the glass, it delivers bright berry flavour, citrus zip and polished savoury detail in a style made for long lunches.
Cranberry, fresh strawberry and pink grapefruit lift from the glass, accented by watermelon, pithy citrus and a delicate rose-water perfume. The Xanadu 2025 Circa 77 Rosé is medium-bodied and fruit-driven, with lively acidity keeping its generous berry flavours taut. It finishes crisp, dry and faintly savoury, leaving the palate primed for another pour.
Serve Xanadu Circa 77 Rosé 2025 chilled with grilled prawns, salmon niçoise, spicy chicken skewers, charcuterie or a watermelon and feta salad.
