Three Elms Timbertops Cabernet Franc, Frankland River, Crafted by winemaker Peter Reynolds, this single-vineyard Cabernet Franc from the Timbertops site reveals the elegance and structure for which Frankland River is renowned. Aromas of redcurrant, wild raspberry, violets and subtle herbal lift unfold with grace. The palate is medium-bodied yet vibrant, layered with juicy red fruits, graphite-like minerality, and fine-grained tannins providing poise and definition. A touch of savoury spice and leafy freshness lingers on the long finish, highlighting varietal purity. Stylish and expressive, this Cabernet Franc is a refined example of the Great Southern, ideal with roasted duck or charcuterie.
