This 2023 Starry Starry Night Cinsault is all about juicy fruit, freshness and gentle structure – a modern, chillable red built for easy drinking.

Colour sits in that vivid bright pink‑red/crimson zone, and the nose bursts with cranberries, raspberries and a little plum at the back. The palate starts juicy then finishes dry and puckering, with lots of sweet‑ish red fruits, strong pomegranate and cranberry vibes, a bit of mulberry/blueberry and a lick of powdery tannin giving just enough grip, all at around 11% alcohol. It’s vegan, no‑added‑preservative, minimally sulphured (about 4 ppm) and farmed biodynamically from Wayne Ahrens’ family vineyard.
