About this product
Sidewood Estate Rosé 2025 from Sidewood Estate in the Adelaide Hills is a brilliantly pale, dry Shiraz rosé, made in stainless steel for maximum freshness and a clean, modern finish. This is proper summer drinking with polish, delivering fragrant fruit, savoury detail and plenty of cool-climate zip.
Rose petal, orchard blossom and strawberry lift from the glass, with watermelon, red berries, pink apple and a fine chalky mineral note underneath. The palate is crisp and dry, showing citrus brightness and a lightly savoury edge that keeps Sidewood Rosé 2025 elegant, refreshing and dangerously easy to pour.
Bring it out with grilled prawns, charcuterie, burrata and tomato salad, or spicy chicken skewers. Its lively acidity handles salty snacks and richer cheese with ease, while the delicate berry fruit is spot-on beside Mediterranean plates and sunny long lunches.
