Schloss Johannisberg Gelblack Riesling 2024 is a vivid, dry Rheingau Riesling from the historic Schloss Johannisberg estate, delivering serious precision with plenty of generous fruit. Bright, aromatic and quietly powerful, it captures the classic tension of German Riesling – ripe stone fruit, brisk acidity and stony mineral freshness in perfect balance.
Juicy vineyard peach, apricot and yellow apple lead the aromas, layered with grapefruit, lime, rosemary, cool mint and a flinty mineral edge. Schloss Johannisberg Gelblack Riesling 2024 is dry and energetic, with grippy acidity, a gentle creamy softness and balanced fruit sweetness before a long, herbal citrus finish.
This dry German Riesling is a brilliant match for grilled prawns, sashimi, fish tacos, roast chicken or crispy pork schnitzel. It also cuts through rich seafood pasta, vegetable curries, spicy salads and fresh goat cheese with ease. Serve properly chilled and let its bright citrus drive make every bite taste sharper and more vibrant.
