About this product
Schloss Johannisberg 50 Degrees Trocken Riesling 2024 is a crisp, dry German Riesling from the historic Schloss Johannisberg house, named for the 50th parallel where Riesling finds its natural sweet spot. It is bright, refreshing and quietly serious, with the sort of clean fruit and mineral drive that makes it an excellent everyday white.
Green apple, pear and lemon-lime freshness lead the aromatics, with honeydew melon, white peach, elderflower and a faint herbal note adding lift. Schloss Johannisberg 50 Degrees Trocken Riesling 2024 is dry and racy, with mouth-watering acidity, a soft fruit core and a bright mineral finish that keeps the palate lively and precise.
Pair this dry Rheingau Riesling with oysters, grilled prawns, poached white fish, sushi or fish tacos with lime. Its crisp acidity also works beautifully beside chicken schnitzel, fresh salads, creamy pasta and lightly spiced Asian dishes. Serve well chilled and enjoy its vibrant fruit and refreshing cut from aperitif through to dinner.
