Robert Stein Farm Series Riesling 2025 is made from younger Mudgee vineyards, framed for immediate, easy drinking rather than cellaring.

In the glass it’s all lime juice, lemon zest and crunchy citrus, with pretty floral lift and a hint of talc. The palate is light‑bodied and dry, with juicy citrus flavours and a gently softer acid line than your typical Clare or Eden Riesling, finishing crisp, clean and moreish.

This is a nailed‑on aperitif and seafood white – think oysters with fresh lemon, prawns, fish and chips, grilled whiting, salt‑and‑pepper squid or simple summer salads.
