Pyramid Valley North Canterbury Sauvignon+ 2023 is a highly regarded, concentrated Sauvignon Blanc blend sourced from BioGro-certified organic vineyards in North Canterbury. It offers a vibrant bouquet of citrus, grapefruit, meadow herbs, and lemongrass, combined with assertive saline and oyster shell nuances. The palate is lively and mouth-watering, framed by elegant texture, fresh acidity, and a dry, mineral-driven finish that lingers with precision. Critics including Bob Campbell MW (95 points) and Sam Kim (94 points) praised its complexity, weight, and purity. Best drinking is projected from 2024 through 2029, making it a sophisticated and age-worthy example of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
