Mr Mick Riesling 2025, made by Tim Adams and Brett Schutz in South Australia’s Clare Valley, is a bright, generous Riesling that captures the region’s famous citrus drive with a softer, more rounded mid-palate. At 11% alcohol, it is crisp, fragrant and dangerously easy to enjoy.

Fresh lemon and lime juice lead the aromatics, lifted by jasmine and orange blossom. The palate carries vivid citrus flavour with a delicate thread of residual sweetness, which rounds out the acidity without losing refreshment. Mr Mick Clare Valley Riesling 2025 finishes clean and persistent, leaving floral and citrus notes humming.

Serve Mr Mick Riesling 2025 chilled with Thai green curry, chilli prawns, fresh oysters or Vietnamese rice-paper rolls. Its bright acidity and gentle sweetness handle spice beautifully, while the citrus core loves fresh seafood and fragrant herbs.
