Maison Mirabeau Classic Rosé 2025 is a lively, characterful Provence rosé from Maison Mirabeau, showing why this has been one of the label’s defining wines since the beginning. Salmon-pink, dry and beautifully expressive, it delivers generous berry fruit, bright freshness and enough savoury detail to handle far more than a poolside pour.
Redcurrant, raspberry and wild strawberry aromas lead into red cherry, citrus peel and a delicate peppery note. Maison Mirabeau Classic Rosé 2025 is juicy yet poised, with vibrant acidity, a soft mid-palate and a clean mineral finish. It is fruit-forward without becoming sweet, making every glass fresh, balanced and seriously easy to enjoy.
Serve this Côtes de Provence rosé with grilled prawns, tuna niçoise, baked eggplant lasagne or a chicken and preserved-lemon tagine.
