Lino Ramble Solitaire Grillo 2025 is a bright, textural McLaren Vale white from Lino Ramble, made from 100 percent Grillo at Chalk Hill’s Lanark Vineyard. Inspired by Sicily’s great coastal whites, it brings sunny fruit, salty minerality and a deliciously modern Australian edge to the table.

Honeysuckle, grapefruit and saltbush lift from the glass, flowing into nectarine, pear, melon, citrus blossom and oyster-shell minerality. Lees stirring adds a subtle buttery, nutty richness, while the natural acidity keeps it fresh and focused. Lino Ramble Solitaire Grillo 2025 is layered, vibrant and seriously moreish.

Serve this McLaren Vale Grillo with crayfish, grilled prawns, charred calamari or a warm haloumi salad. Its saline citrus drive loves shellfish and salty cheese, while the gently rounded texture makes it spot-on with richer seafood dishes.
