The nose roars with blackberry liqueur, Christmas pudding and scorched earth in Kilikanoon Covenant Shiraz 2022, laced with leather strap, black olive brine, iron filings and roasted bay leaf – palate surges with ultra-concentrated dark fruits, velvet tannins and poised acid tension that builds to symphonic persistence.
