In the glass, Juniper Cornerstone Karridale Chardonnay offers pale straw colour, a flinty edge and tightly coiled aromas of grapefruit, lemon, subtle stonefruit, grilled nuts and wet stone, framed by quality French oak and vibrant natural acidity. The palate is medium‑bodied, linear and pure, with citrus drive, mealy texture, spice and a long, chalky, saline finish that screams cool‑climate Karridale rather than plush Wilyabrup. It is very much a structured, cellar‑worthy style built around elegance and persistence.
