Pale gold in the glass, it opens with mandarin, pineapple, apple and citrus, supported by fresh almond, oyster-shell minerality and a touch of leesy savouriness. J. Moreau & Fils Chablis Gloire de Chablis 2024 has a fresh, generous palate, lively acidity and a long saline finish that gives the wine real precision and poise.
