About this product

Hughes & Hughes Pinot Noir 2024 from Tasmania is an outstanding expression of Southern Tasmanian Pinot Noir, offering exceptional quality at great value. The wine is sourced from long-term grower partnerships across the Coal River (15%), Derwent (75%), North West (8%), and Channel (2%) Valleys. It predominantly uses whole berry fermentation with 8% whole bunch, natural yeast, and 16-21 days on skins, matured in oak with 6% new barrels. The palate is juicy and concentrated, showcasing generous blue fruits layered over crunchy red foundations, complemented by subtle reductive nuances. Rich tannins provide structure, rounding out a vibrant and silky finish. This Pinot Noir is celebrated for its balance, finesse, and approachability, making it perfect for food pairing or cellaring.
