Hentley Farm Riesling 2025, Hentley Farm, Eden Valley. This is a racy, aromatic Riesling packed with lime zest, lemon sherbet and grapefruit, backed by green apple, lemongrass and a whisper of jasmine florals for extra lift.
The palate is all about precision – bright citrus, intense yet pure fruit and fine, chalky acidity that gives Hentley Farm Eden Valley Riesling 2025 a long, refreshing finish and serious drive. This style sings with Coffin Bay oysters, kingfish sashimi, Thai salads, chilli salt squid or even spicy Szechuan dishes, and will also shine alongside South Australian prawns or a simple grilled whiting, making it a brilliant choice for summer seafood feasts or a crisp aperitif.
