Vibrant Pinot fruit and spicy Shiraz goodness muddled together in an irresistibly light, bright red.

A twist on some old school styles here, pinot noir and shiraz come together, bottled with a dash of residual sugar in order to provide a light tickle on the palate to keep things fresh.

It’s always a good time when Ricky gets his alchemy on in the name of Havilah. This is a blend of Pinot Noir and Shiraz, a style which, after a 70 year hiatus, we are seeing more of. The two grapes may seem like polar opposites, but they can work wonderfully together and produce a huge gamut of styles.

Red Corvette sits firmly at the light, bright end of the spectrum, it’s got all the juice and perfume of Pinot with a little spice and some dark fruit thrown in.

Look out because it’s almost too drinkable, especially if you chill it down.
