Haddow + Dineen One Hundred Days Méthode Ancestrale 2022 is a wild, cloudy Tasmanian sparkling made from hand‑picked Pinot Noir off the white gravel soils of Yorktown Vineyard in the Upper Tamar, bottled with no dosage and full yeast sediment for proper old‑school pét‑nat vibes.
In the glass it pours a scrumpy‑like, hazy blush with pear, apple and grapefruit fruit, gentle spice, crème fraîche, white flowers, whey and light cidery and sea‑spray notes, finishing stony dry – like sucking a river pebble – with buzzing citrusy acidity and sapid, saline energy.
