Gemtree Uncut Shiraz 2022 by Gemtree Vineyards, McLaren Vale. This Uncut Shiraz is a proper McLaren Vale classic – generous, layered and bright, with intense aromas of ripe blueberry, mulberry and spiced vanilla oak that immediately draw you in.

The palate is rich and pure, packed with dark plum, black cherry and cocoa, with lively fruit wrapped in polished oak and beautifully balanced acidity for a long, textural finish. Gemtree Uncut Shiraz 2022 is a cracking match with ribeye steak, slow‑cooked beef cheeks, or a rich lentil and mushroom bake, making it a go‑to for hearty dinners and weekend barbecues.​
