About this product

Elderton GSM 2025 is a vibrant Barossa Valley blend from Elderton Wines, bringing Grenache’s perfume, Shiraz’s plush fruit and Mataro’s savoury backbone into one beautifully balanced red. Estate-grown fruit from Greenock gives this release real regional generosity, while the 2025 vintage keeps it fresh, flowing and dangerously drinkable.

Juicy raspberry, red cherry and just-ripe plum lead, with blackberry, musk, pepper, cooking spice and earthy savouriness building detail. The palate is medium-bodied and seamless, carrying bright berry fruit across supple tannins and a fine gravelly grip. Elderton Barossa GSM 2025 is fragrant, spicy and wonderfully energetic from first sip to last.

Pair this Barossa GSM with chargrilled lamb cutlets, smoky pork ribs, harissa chicken or a roasted vegetable and feta tart. Its vibrant red fruit loves spice and char, while the soft texture works brilliantly with casual barbecue food. Give it a quick decant, or serve slightly cool for easy long-lunch drinking.
