Deep purple hues introduce blueberry, blackcurrant and boysenberry fruit aromas layered with vanilla and spice characters, while dark cherry, blood plum and cedar spice add depth. The palate is full-bodied yet elegant with ripe black fruit flavours showing subtle mint alongside dense concentrated structure, finishing with soft fine tannins and persistent toasty spicy oak that provides beautiful balance.

This Coonawarra Cabernet pairs brilliantly with grilled lamb where its fine tannins and mint notes complement charred meat beautifully, while beef Wellington allows the wine’s rich fruit and spicy oak to shine.
