Champagne Taittinger Brut Millésime 2018 is an elegant, finely layered Champagne from a strong vintage, showing classic Taittinger poise with citrus brightness, creamy depth and a polished mineral edge.
The nose brings yellow apple, pear, citrus zest, toasted bread, nougat, hawthorn and white flowers, with honeyed and lightly buttery nuances underneath. On the palate it’s fresh and energetic yet rounded, with fine bubbles, ripe peach and citrus fruit, a touch of brioche and a long, mineral finish that keeps the wine taut and refined.
It’s a brilliant match for oysters, lobster, scallops, white fish in cream sauce, chicken or rich aperitif plates. Champagne Taittinger Brut Millésime 2018 has the balance, depth and savoury complexity to work beautifully at the table while still feeling celebratory and luxurious.
