Bethany Blue Quarry Across The Creek Shiraz 2024 from Bethany Wines in the Barossa will sit within the premium Blue Quarry estate range – a deep, village–defining Shiraz that channels old Bethany vines, dark fruit power and polished structure in a seriously impressive package. While “Across The Creek” isn’t yet listed as a separate bottling, it will be stylistically aligned with the highly rated Blue Quarry Shiraz, just with a tighter single–area focus.

You can expect dark purple colour and an intense nose of black cherry, blackberry and plum wrapped with lifted clove, baking spice, chocolate and a faint smoky, leathery edge. On the palate it should deliver a rich, balanced wash of deep black fruits, warm baking spices and mocha, sitting over fine but solid tannins that give structure, subtle heft and a long, slinky, chocolaty finish with mineral and cola notes.

Bethany Blue Quarry Across The Creek Shiraz 2024 will be a natural with roast beef, lamb shoulder, brisket or slow–cooked ribs, where that dark fruit and spice–laden tannin profile hugs the meat perfectly.
