About this product

Best’s Icon Bin No 0 Shiraz 2021, Best’s Great Western, Great Western VIC. This iconic cool-climate Shiraz from ancient Concongella vineyard blocks gleams medium-deep red with purple hues and high-toned aromas of blue fruits, black pepper, clove and cedar that rise enticingly from Great Western’s gravel soils.​

On the palate, the Best’s Icon Bin No 0 Shiraz 2021 couples red cherry, cranberry and blackberry with creamy clove, cinnamon and dried herbs over rich chocolate tannins and medium acidity for a long, balanced finish – a 96-point Langton’s Classified legend that’s elegant now yet cellars to 2055.​

Pair with slow-roasted lamb or venison – its refined power and spice transform rich meats into poetry.​
