About this product
Adelina Polish Hill Riesling 2025 from the Clare Valley is a piercingly pure, high-definition Riesling, combining citrus intensity with slatey minerality and a dry, mouth-watering finish. It is a polished, cool-site expression that shows why Polish Hill River is one of Australia’s great Riesling addresses.
Lime, green apple, lemon myrtle and bath salts lead the aromatics, supported by white florals, juniper, green olive and a faint tonic-like savoury note. Adelina Polish Hill Riesling is bone-dry and tightly coiled, with electric acidity, chalky texture and a long, stony finish that demands another sip.
Serve this Clare Valley Riesling ice-cold with oysters, kingfish sashimi, Thai basil chicken or goat’s cheese tart. Its saline edge and razor-sharp citrus make seafood sing, while its acidity effortlessly cools chilli heat and cuts through creamy, tangy dishes. It is superb now, but will reward time in the cellar.
