3drops Shiraz 2019/2020 by 3drops from the Great Southern is a cool climate Shiraz with depth, poise and regional personality.

The nose opens with dark cherry, blackberry and plum, layered with cracked pepper, dried herbs and a gentle hint of spice. On the palate, the fruit is vibrant yet controlled, supported by savoury oak, fresh acidity and fine grained tannins that carry the wine to a long, composed finish. The 3drops Shiraz 2019-2020 shows excellent balance and elegance, offering both immediate appeal and short term cellaring potential.

This wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, grilled beef, duck or earthy dishes like mushroom and lentil stew. A refined Shiraz that delivers flavour without heaviness.
