Floral notes, lemon blossom and citrus zest lead into grapefruit, lemon, lime and a background of stony minerality. The palate is crisp, focused and zesty, with lively natural acidity carrying the flavours through a long, clean finish. 3drops Riesling 2025 has the energy for immediate drinking and the balance to reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

Pair it with freshly shucked oysters, chilli-salt squid, Thai green curry, Vietnamese salads or goat’s cheese. The wine’s high acidity and limey freshness cut through salt, spice and creamy cheeses while keeping delicate seafood flavours bright. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C.
