Semillon Wine

Semillon is the quiet achiever of Aussie whites, especially in the Hunter Valley where it’s picked early for freshness and zing. Young Semillon is all citrus, green apple, and a crisp, dry palate—perfect with oysters or seafood. Give it time in the cellar and it transforms, developing layers of honey, toast, and nuts while keeping its trademark vibrancy. Some regions, like the Riverina, turn Semillon into luscious, sticky dessert wines thanks to a touch of noble rot. Whether you love it young and racy or rich and aged, Semillon is a true original with endless appeal.
