About this product

Mr Mick Shiraz 2022, made by Tim Adams Wines in South Australia’s Clare Valley, is a generously fruited yet composed red with the polish to impress and the easy charm to pour freely. This medium-bodied Shiraz brings vivid berry flavour, smooth tannins and well-judged oak together beautifully.

Lifted violet, blueberry and jube aromas open the glass, followed by dark cherry and ripe raspberry across the palate. A touch of herb and spice adds savoury interest, while 24 months in oak contributes a creamy vanilla note. Mr Mick Clare Valley Shiraz 2022 finishes rounded, silky and satisfyingly long.

Serve Mr Mick Shiraz 2022 with chargrilled lamb cutlets, beef burgers, slow-cooked pork ribs or mushroom pizza. Its berry fruit and gentle spice love smoky, caramelised flavours, while the soft tannins keep it beautifully approachable beside a midweek meal or a casual barbecue with friends.
