Frankland Estate Cabernet Franc 2025 is a bright, youthful Frankland River red made for immediate drinking. It focuses on the variety’s lifted perfume and crunchy red-fruit character rather than heavy oak or dense extraction.

Redcurrant and cranberry sit at the core, lifted by violet florals and savoury notes of olive and dried rosemary. Expect a fresh, energetic palate with light-to-medium weight, fine tannins and a gentle herbal edge that keeps the fruit precise and moreish.

Serve Frankland Estate Cabernet Franc 2025 slightly cool with duck, roast chicken, grilled lamb cutlets, mushroom dishes or charcuterie. It is also a strong vegetarian red alongside lentils, beetroot, eggplant or herbed tomato-based dishes.
