Named in gratitude to three Williams who had a profound impact on our region, on Mayfield, and on me. 100% hand harvested, with a component gently de-stemmed and fermented in 2 tonne open fermenters.

Another parcel was fermented carbonically. Whole bunches were kept separate, covered and left for ten days. This resulted in a wine that’s refined with a beautiful gamey character.

96 POINTS, SAM KIM, WINE ORBIT
Richly fruited and seductively fragrant, the bouquet shows sweet berry, bouquet garni, dried mushroom, smoked game and rich floral nuances, followed by a concentrated palate offering seamless flow and refined texture. It’s gracefully powerful with layers of complex flavours, wonderfully framed by loads of fine-grained tannins, making it hugely appealing. At its best: now to 2034.
