Bimbadgen Growers Tempranillo Rosé 2025 is a vibrant Hunter Valley rosé from Bimbadgen, glowing fluorescent pink and bursting with bright red-fruit appeal. Fresh, playful and seriously refreshing, it is built for sunny afternoons, long lunches and those occasions when only a crisp Australian rosé will do.
Strawberry, raspberry and red cherry aromas roll through a cream-soda lift, with a gentle savoury edge adding detail. Bimbadgen Growers Tempranillo Rosé 2025 is juicy and light-bodied, balancing sweet red-fruit flavour with lively acidity and a crunchy, salivating finish that makes each glass wonderfully moreish.
Serve this Hunter Valley Tempranillo Rosé with fresh prawns, salmon sashimi, charcuterie, tapas or grilled chicken salad. Its crisp acidity also makes it a ripper match for spicy Asian dishes, soft goat’s cheese and summer pizzas topped with prosciutto, rocket and mozzarella.
