Bimbadgen Growers Shiraz 2023 is a vibrant Hunter Valley red from Bimbadgen, delivering the region’s signature medium-bodied elegance with bright berry fruit, subtle spice and beautifully restrained structure. It is a polished, easy-drinking Shiraz that brings plenty of flavour without the heaviness.

Dark cherry, blueberry and blackberry sit alongside red plum, white pepper and a gentle savoury spice. Bimbadgen Growers Shiraz 2023 is supple and smooth, carrying vibrant red and dark fruits across a medium-bodied palate with fine tannins, discreet oak and a poised, persistent finish.

Serve this Hunter Valley Shiraz with barbecued eye fillet, roast lamb, gourmet sausages or slow-cooked beef pasta. Its bright fruit and peppery savoury character also suit grilled mushrooms, smoky pizza and firm cheddar, making it a versatile red for easy entertaining.
