Castle Rock Estate ‘Skywalk’ Riesling from the Porongurup Range in Western Australia is a beautifully textural, early‑drinking Riesling that offers a fuller, softer contrast to the estate’s flagship style. Crafted from the medium‑pressing juice, it carries extra flavour and phenolic depth while holding onto the region’s hallmark purity and freshness.

The nose is lifted with jasmine, lime leaf, nashi pear, green apple and grapefruit, alongside lemongrass, talc and citrus pith. The palate is juicy and approachable, showing crunchy green fruit and subtle floral perfume over a fine, pithy texture.
