Deakin Estate Azahara Pinot Grigio 2025 is a crisp, vibrant Australian white from Deakin Estate, built for warm afternoons, fresh seafood and easy entertaining. Bright fruit, ginger spice and a gentle creamy touch give it more interest than your average Pinot Grigio, while lively acidity keeps every sip clean and refreshing.
Nashi pear and green apple lead the aromas, joined by lemon zest, lime blossom and a subtle flicker of fresh ginger. Deakin Estate Azahara Pinot Grigio 2025 is dry and delicately textural, with a soft creamy mid-palate balanced by bright acidity. The finish is zesty, clean and seriously refreshing, inviting another pour without hesitation.
This Australian Pinot Grigio is made for Vietnamese prawn curry, seafood tostadas, grilled calamari or lemony fish tacos. It also works beautifully with oysters, sushi, burrata, asparagus risotto and fresh garden salads.
