Deakin Estate Shiraz 2025 is a rich, smooth Australian Shiraz from Deakin Estate’s Big Rivers vineyards, delivering the ripe fruit and easy-going generosity the region does so well. Juicy, softly structured and made for immediate enjoyment, it is the sort of reliable red that makes casual dinners feel a little more complete.
Ripe plum, blackberry and red berry aromas come through with mulberry, vanilla and warm spice. Deakin Estate Shiraz 2025 is medium-bodied and fruit-forward, showing a generous dark-fruit palate, gentle oak seasoning and soft, supple tannins. The finish is smooth and rounded, with just enough peppery lift to keep every sip lively.
Fire this Australian Shiraz up with barbecue meats, beef burgers, grilled sausages, lamb cutlets or smoky pork ribs. It is also an easy match for spaghetti Bolognese, meat-lovers pizza, beef stir-fry and aged cheddar.
